TDS certificate not issued

Dear Sir,

I have not been issued TDS certificate even after regular follow ups with my previous employer .i.e.M/s Hindustan Unilver Limited. I changed my job from the above complany on 15th Feb and did all full and final settlements and paid all balance tax amount before leaving.

Pls help in getting the issue resolved.
