I Purchased water Purifier from Hindustan Unilever two months, I have been asking a service for this product from past two weeks. Everytime I call them the response I get is their executive will be at home before next day evening. They keep on promising the same on each call but you will find all these promises are only over phone.

Their service is one of the worst I have ever found. This product is not recommandable to any, only of their worse service. They will be at home the very next day if you have to buy this product, but buy only if you can purchase new water purifier from them in every two months.
