Poor customer service

Dear Sir,

My ID. No. 1926336940.I had ordered many times for a battery replacement for the purit water filter last two months and till date I have not received any replacement. I have been calling the helpline and I get the assurance of it being delivered, but?? I am really sorry to say that the service is one of the worst and 3rd rated, people handling the service don’t know how to talk nor they know what customer service is.

If you cannot deliver the battery timely, what is the point in having the water filter?

One time your executive have called me and given me a time frame / delivery date, but they have not completed his promises till time

I will ensure that none of my friends nor will my relatives buy this product.

Pure it price is a small price for HLL, but it is hard earned money for the customers.

Hope you will look in to this and ensure you do not take customers for ride.
