Water taste as like lemon wate

Dear Sir,

I have purchased said product, in begaining all the function & water taste was normal but now after 6-7 months water taste is like lemon water, as per company i.e Pure it instruction when indication glow red then you have to replace the battery but battery indication is white so what exact problem in this unit we cant understand so please send your reperesentative to see the same Or tell us what is the exact problem for the same.
