SIR, i am Ramesh Chandra Sharma actually i have purchase pure it on dated 25.03.2009 and the consumer id is 1927257555. your executive told us that it gives 1500 litre pure water but within 1 months its battery become red and your executive also told that in case of battery problem with in 6 months they will replace the battery free of cost but now no one is ready to take the resposibility and within one months maxim 400 liters water is used in our pureit filter. so this is your responsibility as well as duty to change the battery free of cost otherwise i can take serious action against the company.
