None attended for demo after purchase

I bought Pure It on 17.09.08 and my unit S.R.No. is MSB0500023543. I have requested many times through Help line to send a person for demo about its usage and cleaning. I reminded 6 times so far through Help Line. Each time I was promised that in two working days Representative will attend. So many calls I received from the Reps that they will come on a particular day, but none returned so far. This is a very bad experience to me. I have never expereienced such a bad service from any other consumer durable item so far.

Hope the concerned authorities will take necessary steps to this complaint. mobile number is 9441231084
