Dear sir,

I replaced the battery kit of my pureit water filter (HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD) as per the advise of there people. Just after one month it stopped working. Immediately i asked them to look into the concern but they responded almost after 20 days. The concern asked me to file the complain on 9234600600 and the same was done also. It was assured that within 72 hrs the issue will be resolve but its almost 15 days over no followup nor any response. I sincerely request you to look into the concern and do the needfull.
