Change of battery

I lodged complain on 11.6.08 (complain no. S08/KOL 0354 004751) regarding replacement of battery & other technical default. Called twice to remind the complain and they assured me on 11.6.08 to serve within 48 hours, but no action yet taken and even they do not entertain customer warmly and do rough behave. I'v become faithless and hope more customers are being cheated by the company.
