Hindustan Unilever Pureit water purifier
Very poor customer service

Im very disappointed with the customer service of pureit water purifier. its been a week now that we have been regularly asking the service centre to change the battery.. even after repeatedly going to the service centre (80ft road, mahesh nagar, jaipur, Rajasthan) personally there has been no response... the people there always give unrelevant excuses and have been making us suffer for the past 1 week. if still there is no response from their side we will be forced to take another purifier of a better company with better service and we would ask our known ones not to buy this product. hopig there wold an action taken soon against this... hope it doesnt go unnoticed.
