NON RECEIPT OF FREE RETURN AIR TICKET

I had ordered and received the above book along with other free gifts and thank you very much for the same.

However I am not in a position to get my free air ticket as promised. I have tried to contact thro www.bigcity.in/indiatodaybookclub for the holiday voucher. Only reply I get is your Voucher no IT 18874 has been registered. Further details I am not in a position to give as the interaction stops at that. At least a dozen times on different dates I have tried to reach them but of no avail.
