The grill window broken and two months down no reaction

My ac bought when opened had broken grill rather the grills did not have grooves. The complaint resulted in people coming 3/4 times took the photo stated copy of the bill and the warrenty card and keep promising they will replace it next week it has been over two months and over 30 phone calls. Now I have got fed up.
