Airconditioner not working properly

AC is not working properly since it is installed and I did not get demonsteration properly on february or march. No Body from the company is attending the complaint, since my hitachi complaint no is - 108090506445.Bought the Hitachi AC for Brand image and the quality in the market, but I was wrong. On my AC 5star mark is their, how can company post this mark, when its quality is so bad, that means company is cheating people and misguiding also. I want my money back from this company, please help me.
