Repeated reminders

Hi

We have called the HLL call centre repeatedly for a tap to be repaired in the Pure IT water filter by HLL

Its sad that no one has come inspite of repeated complaints and reminders- Complaint No are as below"

Its more than 1month since we have given our complaint for just a simple repair of the tap of the pure it filter

Pls do help immediately.
