Non delivery of Germikill Battery Kit

Sir,

I have purchased Pureit water purifier of Hindustan Unilever company on 08 Sep 07. From April 08 to till date I am running from door to door for want of Germikill Battery Kit which is a mandatory spare for the purifier. I have registered for the subject item with their customer support number 9840950950. The person attended my call assured me of delivering the kit within three working days. But I am yet to receive the kit. Kindly intervene.
