HLL Pureit Water Filter
Inefficient service

I am amazed at the sheer inefficiency and irresponsibility of the Pureit Water Filter Helpline 9246100100 of Hindustan Unilever Ltd. While they assure replacement of battery within three working days after the complaint, it takes not less than a week for them to even respond. I spoke to a series of people including Mr Kiran, Ms Rekha, Mr Santosh and Mr Sravan at the Hyderabad centre but with no effect. My booking number this time is 015377. Hope some action is taken against them soon and efficiency in service assured.
