Unsafe riding conditions

I bought Activa last month on dated 26-09-09 from Ganpati Auto Gurgaon. But I am very upset after purchasing this product. I faced the following quality problems which are very unsafe for the ridder

1. Fuel Gauge is not working (give the wrong reading of fuel avaliabilty)

2. Rear wheel noise (may be rear wheel nut loose or unidentified)

3. Handle nut loose (can leads any accident) noise while running

4. Rear view mirror loose (adj. nut thread damage or unidentified)

Its very imbarasing for me as i bought this scooter with very enthusism but now i feel that i had choosen very wrong product & now i want to dispose it off.
