METER'S SEAL HAS BROKEN BY HSEB ENGINEER

Dear sir,

when i was gone dhbvn office for new electrical connection for my house when dhbvn person Mr. kuldeep had demanded from me money Rs 9000/- for connection when i had paid to him Rs 9000/- then he is allow connection, then line men had came to my house for new connection instalation when he had demande wire cable 1 roll & Rs 1000/- brible when i had paid to him, then he connected connection after one day electirical supply had not came due to loose connection then he had demand Rs 1000/- i had paid to him mr. ravinder he had broken meter's seal then connection tighted after it is not fitted locking seal on our meter by dhbvn, formarly i infoemed to on your kadipur stn & coustermercare no. & sdo & je but anybody is not take action till now,

as per my exprince Dhbvn is very currepted department, so i request to all of you plz take action aginest currepted people,
