our electrical meter seal had broken by hseb line during electrical complain attented & collect from us Rs 200/- for seal fitting charges by line men but seal fitting on meter work still pending, i was register complain on 6/11 cs no. 18001801615 about power was not coming then power poblem had solved by linemen but seal didn't still fitting on meter no. KR06- 4593, I INFORMED TO SDO ALSO 9540954934,
