Non receipt of Invoice for Holiday Package

I booked a holiday package for 7 nights and 8 days, as offered to me over phone under booking ID 440004469 on 1st Aug, 09. I also made a payment of Rs 5943.00 by my Credit Card through IVR channel in favour of India Today Book Club on the same day. After lapse of nearly one month when I started following up on their Customer Care number 011- 40502424 for non receipt of any invoice, I was told that the invoice would be sent to me shortly.

After waiting for two more weeks I wrote a mail to response@indiatodaybookclub.com on 14-9-09, requesting cancellation of my order and refund of the amount paid. The response came stating that 'no refund can be given since the order has been fully processed'. When I asked for the invoice, they said that the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and to wait for some more time. This has been going on since then and during the period I have written 5 mails and got the same general response. Till now I neither have the invoice nor any refund of the amount paid.
