HOLIDAY VOUCHER
COMPLAINT OF CHEATING

On 25th of August 09, on telephone offer given by Mr. Prateek & Abhishek Mukerjee to avail 2 days and 3 nights holiday with return air tickets in Rs2598/- was made by the company. On further inquiring it was mentioned that due to bulk purchase of Holiday Packages, the company is offering this scheme. The payment was made by credit card on IVR. To my surprise I received some books with a bill of Rs2598/- on 29th of August 09. It should be noted that on telephone it was never mentioned that I have to purchase books. I have not ordered any books and instead of sending the voucher for Holiday the company has sent books. I have not broken the seal of parcel received by me. This is clear breach of contract and the company should be booked under sec 420 of IPC.
