Text message failure/GPRS not functioning

My GSM No.is 9444810635 and the model of my mobile is Nokia 6600.

When I send the message the error message is message sending failure. Unable to send the message.

When GPRS was already set in my mobile curently not functioning, getting a message as unable to connect to connect to the internet.check the connection settings. Though the setting is rigtly made I get this message. I was told when the help desk [1500] operator said that there is technical flaw is prevailing in our area ie. w, mambalam chennai and it will be attended to within a day. But till now no such reprieve. I made complaint thro the service centre at KK Nagar. They said they will send fax reg the complaint and it will be made alright today that is sunday. So far no reprieve pl.

I have given in my earlier complaint the email inadvertently. Hence this complaint again.
