I asked to be taken off

I was looking onto you ad and put my phone number and I was all of sudden excepted and I didn't want to be so I called your company and they said that they would take me off but that they are still going to charge me for a bill of $9.99 on the phone bill I told the man that it was a mistake and said sorry but you are still going to charged I'm not even going to use your items you have there what am I supposed to do I don't need the charge I am disabled and am unable to except it what am I supposed to do I get this confirmation thing on my Internet and i don't want this thing help me please I should I get the better business bureau. I just don't want to be charged for something i can't afford or use please help me in this. Thank you
