MTNL BROADBAND,

i have taken internet connection with unlimited plan and i am regular in paying the bill. But the connection is very erratic. In the month of April 09 i was not able to acess the net facility and phone because it was dead. Even after incessant calling from outside things has not been rectified.(complaint no-155). Now this month after bringing mtnl people physically it has been rectified with temporary error. Why should i pay the bill of APRIL if i have not used it. So i request you to resolve the problem.
