I am using Broadband service of Airtel since last one and haf year with Telephone 0124 4113379.the ADSL bill used to be approximately 350 Rs per month. Since last month I tried to reduce my ADSL bill by reducing the Internet usage at home but to my surprise that instead of lowering down, the bill has increased to erroneously high of 1450 Rs. I complained to customer care regarding the issue and was assured that issue will be resolved and will be adjusted in the next bill. but this month also the bill of ADSL usage has come aroung 1350 Rs when the intenet usage was reduced to minimal.

Complaining again to Customer care yielded same result " we will short out the problem".

By sending such irrational bill, Airtel is mentally torturing us. I have completely lost my faith in Airtel.

I request the concerned department or person to look into the problem and resolve the issue.
