Not following the timings

Dear Sir/Madam,

Daily I used to travel to kelbakkam from parrys using 21H by 6.30 to 6.45am. This time normally 521 express, 21H deluxe & 21H LSS will be available.

Nowdays they are not properly maintaining the timings. So that we used to get alternate buses to reach the destination. This gives lot of pain and strain.

I request the head or controller or whoever in the higher post, please take necessary action to maintain the timings very strictly. Please do needful.

And parrys busstand is very poor in clean and neetness. Smoking, urine and other activities are happening. Please take severe actions on this and make our environment to be more clean.
