Not given to Vote in Vasai 133

I had applied for my voters ID card at the local Nagarsevak's office like all the others did But I did not get my voters ID Card till date after giving the "form 6" duly filled and signed 4 times, My wife received the ID Card with a total mess of her name (spellings).
I have been following up with the local shaka's here in Vasai for the past 4 months since the lok shabha election but no luck, I finally went to the pooling boot and asked that AREA 159 if I could vote as my wife's card said so, I had carried my PAN, Ration Card, House Agreement, Tel Bill, Electric Bill and the copies of the filled forms but I was still not considered.
Finally I came home with my family and did not cast a vote, as if Head of the Family is not considered as a citizen of India then how can my wife and child vote.
I request the election commission to look into this matter and find a solution ASAP as there were a lot of people with the same problem, and they left without voting till then I will not cast my vote in future until I am given a proper voters ID and number of registration to feel that I am a citizen of India.
