Cheque bounce

I have 3 connections in my name, and i gave a cheque for payment which i for got to sign. The collection counter people are so careless they did not mind to remind me insted they took the cheque from me. Now on 22 i recived a call from tneb office stating that mty cheque has bounced and i have to pay my bill with fine. Now when paying the fine i gave single cheque for payment i added the amount of all the connections and made the payment in single cheque. But now when collecting fine they are collecting fine amount and CHEQUE BOUNCE CHARGES FOR AL ALL 3 CONNECTIONS, whereas i have made payment through single cheque.
