Drainage Blockage

I am the Resident of BHEL MIG colony, R.C.Puram, Hyderabad-32 would like to inform you that in my area there is a blockage of the Drianage water from the manhole and in our house chambers also, which leads to viral fever and unhealthy. As well as we are unable to move on the street. We have launched complaints number of times at our local office. There is no proper action by the department. So, kindly do the need full regarding this matter. I am waiting for your Positive reply
