I, Ali Akhtar had bought Six (6) AC 3 tier e-tickets for 2343 Darjeeling Mail from Bardhhaman Junction to New Jalpaiguri Junction. I was to board the train at 11:30 pm at Bardhhaman Junction. When I reached Bardhhaman Station at around 11:00 pm I was informed that the train would not be passing through that station and that it had been diverted. There was no information about this diversion on the internet due to which I had to face a lot of harrassment. I went to lodge a complaint with the station master but all the offices were closed.
