Wrong Nominee Name of Insurance policy

Respected Sir,

My name is Ruth Arun Londhe, I have taken the home lombard insurance under the Home Safe plus - Secured Mind policy, my policy no. is 4065/0000001/ICICI/HL/0007520 issued form Mumbai and Home Safe Plus - Home Insurance Policy no is 4013/0004409/ICICI/HL/0007520.

I have to come notice to you that my policy nominee name has been noted wrongly i.e BALASAHEB DESHMUKH this person is unknown to me which is written wrongly by the ICICI LOMBARD home Insurance Company.

So i kindly request you to change my nominee Name form BALASAHEB DESHMUKH to my son AMOL ARUN LONDHE and my husband ARUN MANOHAR LONDHE. Sir we have been taken the policy on dated 28-jul and still our complaint is not under consideration, i also put my complaint in the Amravati ICICI LOMBARD.

I am hoping quick response form you, please do the need full at your earliest.
