Non Receipt of Insurance Policies

I applied for a home loan at GICHFL at kolkata office (Santinekatan Building) for takeover from BHW Home Finance 6 months back & for that I pledged 6/7 insurance policies as a collateral security, But the home loan somehow got cancelled & I do not want to avail, but GICHFL is not returning back my Insurance policies. I need my insurance policies returned back at my residential address (149 / D, Garfa Main Road, kol 75) within next 3 days failing which I have to approach to consumer forum. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE at all & the Co should not retain / hold back any customer documents for which the co has got NO INTEREST.
