My IFB washing machine has been repaired on 22.01.2009 and I have submitted related documents to your Iffco Tokyo agent on 02.02.2009 with original bill. The detail of my policy as under

But agent not giving me satisfy answer and my original bill has been given to agent so I kindly request you to rectify above issue and give me satisfy claim .as
I again claim with duplicate bill.
