Poor After Sales Response

Hi

I had ordered for an Inalsa Magic Food Processor on 9th October vide order No.700539222 and received the same within 10 days but unfortunately the same is not working. I have made 100s of complaints to Inalsa and Home Shop 18 but all fell on deaf ears. The After sales response of Home Shop 18 is too poor. I would suggest all not to buy anything from HS18 who are big frauds. Strangely, Till date I have not even received a single phone call from them. At least I received my product on time I really pity those who have not received anything.
