One of our customers Mr. Padhy has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his order of Glen 4 Burner Cooktop on his blog posted on 21st September.
The order was shipped by our business partner M/s Glen Appliances Pvt. Ltd. through their own courier arrangement. However, they have been unable to deliver the product due to unavoidable circumstances. M/s Glen Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is re-shipping the product today which shall be delivered to him in next 4-5 working days.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
