One of our customers Mr. Dutt has raised a concern regarding non activation of GPRS in his Wespro Dual Sim - Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: WM3708i on his blog posted on 6th October.

Mr. Dutt did not have the GPRS activated on his phone by his service provider. We have spoken to him and addressed this concern. Further, all assistance is being provided by our office to help him install the same in his handset.
