Defective Product- Refund not received

I got your email ID from the Homeshop 18 customer grievance cell on internet and hence writing to you. This is to inform you that my husband and I have been constantly following up for a refund of our money.

We had purchased a "Night Fly Radio Control Helicopter with Remote" on 24th Aug 09 and the product was delivered to us on 26th Aug 09. The mode of payment was internet banking of Citibank.

We noticed on 27th Aug 09 that the remote control of the product was defective and chose to return the product. After repeated followup, the same was picked up from our house on 7th September 09 (receipt attached) post this our woes of followup for refund started and we have not received our refund till date.

This is to also inform you that the agents at homeshop18 toll free number are not at all helpful in any manner and inspite of constant follow up our money has not come back to us.
