One of our customers Mr. Singh has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund against his order of Thunderstorm 3 Channel RC Fighter Helicopter with Remote on his blog posted on 19 th November.

In response to his complaint we have taken the matter with our business partner.

He has send his product back and we have refunded his order value on 26 th November back to the card from which the said transaction was done.

We request you to treat this incidence as an exception and not as a yardstick to evaluate the quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
