One of our customers Mr. Ramendra Yadav has raised a concern regarding non functional DVD received against his order of Leonard USB-DVD Player with Cordless Headphone and 3 Movie Comboon his blog posted on 14 th December.

He has bought the product on 9 th May amd has raised a complaint after the warranty period of 6 months We have spoken to our vendor M/s Khanna Radio who in turn as a gesture of goodwill has agreed to repair / replace the product and we have advised him to send back the product at vendor's Delhi office.

All the required after sales service and support shall be provided to him once the product is received.
