Response on Blog posted by Ms. Suman Laskar on 31 st December

One of our customer Ms Suman Laskar has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund for his order of Reebok - Combo of Track Suit Duffle Bag Shoe Sunglasses - L-10 on his blog posted on 31 St December.

In response to her complaint we have taken up the matter with the courier and we have refunded her order value back to her credit card on January 8 th 2010 via refund refrence number 25538984.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
