RELACEMENT FOR MOBILE

Dear sir/madam,

My name is Siddiq basha from Coimbatore (Tamil nadu). I was purchased Nokia N97 last three month before, (WLAN NO: 00266873631B3 IMEI NO: 354225037228082 ITEM NO: 002K9D5) so that mobile was problem on buying with three days. I went to nokia care, met to manager. He asks to me, that mobile problem was not easy to ready with this center. So I will transfer for this mobile at level 3 nokia care head office, that problem with solve after 10 days. But he will taken 20 days for that problem. So am not happy that at all. I will request for replacement for this mobile, but he will not accept and adjusted to me. Come again for more complaints on mobile, (problem mentioned for it., battery back up was empty, mike not working with on for loudspeaker, several times mobile was automatically restart and hanging) I will used for properly condition. Many times, I went to nokia care center for this kind of problems. Than, we are always not responsible to me. Most of calls for used in customer care services; they were not response to my queries. So I felt to more time depression for start for that problem. Than I was used for that mobile just for 20 days on hand. Finally, I requisition for destination is replacement for this mobile. This request for you will not accept for this complaint or any for at all. Defiantly I will go to consumer court. If u don’t mistaken for me. I didn’t any way for this problem. Reply for us to immediately on current status
