One of our customers Mr. J K Singhal has raised a concern regarding non receipt of IFB 30 Lt Convection Microwave Oven Model No: 30SC2 on his blog posted on 5 th January.

Since we had exhausted the stocks for the said product and were not able to service his order.

We have refunded the order value on 30 th December via refund refernce number 25081981 back to his debit card through which the transaction was done.

We request you to treat this incidence as an exception and not as a yardstick to evaluate the quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.

Hope you will give us a chance to service you in future.
