One of our customers Mr. Hare Krishna Kumar has raised a concern regarding his order of Thunderstorm 3 Channel RC Fighter Helicopter with Remote on his blog posted on 28 th January.

Further, we have spoken to customer and informed him that we are refunding the order value through cheque.

The said matter has been strongly taken up with all concerned at our end to avoid such instances in future.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
