National Highway no. 8E bad condition

I am a resident of Porbandar and would like to complain against the status of Bhavnagar –Dawrka Natinal Highway road (NH 8E). Road was declare NH-8E from approx last 5 years and have still not been done any work, any this which give pride to say that it is National Highway & we fill bad when we say that it is National Highway. The road is in a very bad shape, especially from Somnath to Rajula. The traffic has increased so much due to tourist place (like Somnath & Diu) & Development Industries & Port (Like Pipavav, Mahuva, Simar & Chhara), but the road still remains as it was 30 years earlier. The road has numerous potholes and craters, making motoring, a difficult proposition. It is a nightmare to drive during rain and during hours of darkness. Nobody cares for the road. There are talks going on for several years regarding widening of the road, but nothing has taken place. I want to make an official complaint regarding this, but am not sure whom to approach. Lakhs of people are suffering with the damaged roads because of the no repairing or no any modification from National Highway Authority or Gujarat State Government.

Can somebody advice me?
