Goods are of substandard plus 3 items are missing

I have purchase a dinner set in which seven pieces of Alumium cookwares were to be supplied to me. But on last saturday 12-12 when i received the Parcel three aluminum cookwares were missing from the parcel i immidaietly registered my complain to the co. with no. 2569085, who assured me that within 72hours I will receive call from the Homeshop regarding the complain. But when i receive no call, then I again approached the homeShop18. but didnot get any satisfactory response, again I contact on 18/12, again didnot get any satisfactory response from that side. Quality of dinner set is of low standard also.

I want company should immidaitely stop to sell such inferior quality products to sake its images, as well as take immidaite action to remove my compalin.
