Delivery of unspecified product and non refund of amount

I have booked a warddrobe in home town, punjagutta hyderadbad, the product which was delivered was a wrong one, after repeated complaints they have taken back the product and the refund amount is not been processed till date.

i used called up the manager here (Mr. Prakash) every day he says the same old story of every thing is processed and you will be receving amount, but till date no refund has been made.
