I made the mistake of purchasing a few items from Collection i outlet in Mani Square Mall, Kolkata on the 24th of May. Actually Collection i belongs to Home Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of the so called famous Pantaloons Group.

There were some furniture and some linens which I made the mistake of buying form your outlet. From the store I was promised a delivery of the linens. The furniture boxes were delivered but inspite of making repeated calls no one ever came to fit the furniture or deliver the linens.

There was a great communication problem in their system and no one ever seem to pass on a message to the responsible department because every time I call I am said that there is no record of the previous calls I made. Every day a new person picks up and knows nothing about the problem. I do not know who they pass on information to. I can never find the 'concerned' person.

Now after this problem is solved the product they delivered was defective and after perusing the matter for over 4 (four) months the concerned person, Mr. Deepak Arora (Mob : 09335978806) of the Bombay office could NOT get a service personnel to my place.

I think people should know about their business practices lest they get duped and cheated. Don't you think so? Please spread this information.
