Due to wrong product delivery against order no.3669782, delivered to JIM THOMSON at 568, Pocket -E, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi was taken back for replacement with the correct ordered product about 20 days back, within 7 working days. More than 20 days have elapsed, so far no information or replacement.

This is pure cheating b y the seller though the rediff website for which rediff authorities are also responsible.

Please deliver the ordered item or refund the money already paid wthin three days, otherwise I have to move for legal action.
