I had purchased a Mattress PromoDLine QB Proton Ms Lc Gd black worth RS 5, 500 From Home Town, Marathahalli show room on 24 Jan during SALE. Item details are as below:

The item was delivered on 22 Feb. Its not even two weeks after the item got delivered, the bed coat started bending down. Its because of the poor quality of the same. I hope this is a metal coat and chances for bending of some parts like this are rare.

I request and hope proper action is taken for this issue as soon as possible.
