No correction made on wrong delivery of chair seat

We had purchased a Dinner Table set on 16th august '08 from Home Town, Talthej in Ahmedabad. The seats of the chairs delivered were different from what we had seen in the store, they look cheap, color cordination is horrible and very flimsy. The same has not been corrected till date, even after repeated reminder. There is no single point contact at HOME TOWN who can take the resposibility. It is a shear case of cheating and fraud as what was shown at the time of purchase has not been delivered after full payment.
