Troubling with gift card

Sir,
I purchased on LG Window AC, LG Refrigrater, & washing machine (LG) from Home town Noida, which took long time to deliver after full Payment. New product have jam motor in AC, The refrigrater stopped working in few days. I have sent an email to LG to send properly checked product. They have yet to reply final answer.
Now home town send me two gift card worth RS 250, which has validity from 1 june to 30 june.
The card is not for most of their product, when I purchased two product on which card is valid they say their system is not upgaded until today that is 12 june. They cant do it manually as they have advance system. Anyway I wasted my time, Gasoline (petrol) etc & came emptyhanded with two gift voucher sent to me
